Requesens Castle is an old fortification located in the Empordà region. It is a medieval construction that was built during the 11th and 12th centuries, and which has been restored and rehabilitated to allow its visit.
To access the Castle of Requesens it is necessary to make a reservation in advance, as the visits are guided to guarantee the safety of the visitors. Capacity is limited, so it is recommended to book in advance to ensure availability.
During the guided tour, visitors will be able to learn about the history and architectural features of the castle, as well as the daily life of its inhabitants in the medieval period. You can also visit the walled enclosure, the watchtower, the chapel and other outbuildings.
The entrance fee for adults is 8 euros, while for children aged 8 to 14 it is 4 euros. Children under 8 have free entry.
