Just 50 meters from our place is located the beach of Palangres, also called the second pier from which we recommend you start your adventure on a kayak surf to enjoy our coast.

Supyoga
Supyoga is the union of paddle surfing and yoga, ie practicing on the paddle surfboard. During the practice we will work on balance, core, toning, flexibility, body awareness, mindfulness and all this in contact with nature.
