Empúries Marathon 2025
This Sunday, April 27, 2025, we will celebrate the 20th edition of the Empúries Marathon, an unmissable event for running enthusiasts. With a breathtaking route between L’Escala and Empúries, this race offers a unique experience in an incomparable historical setting.
Whether you are a seasoned marathon runner or looking for a fun sporting event with your family, there is a distance for everyone:
- Marathon (42 km), for the bravest runners.
- Half marathon (21 km), the perfect challenge.
- 10 km race, to experience the magic of Empúries without the full distance.
On Saturday, April 26, the little ones will also have their moment with the children’s races, specially adapted for them. Additionally, for those seeking a shorter challenge, the 5 km Empúries Race will take place.
