Sant Martí Church

The church of Sant Martí de Peralada is documented in 1002 in an epistle of Pope Sylvester II to Bishop Odó, although it probably existed earlier. Some vestiges of this first period are preserved, although they correspond to various construction stages. The current appearance of the temple of Sant Martí de Peralada corresponds to a reconstruction carried out in the eighteenth century, although the church has existed since Romanesque times.
