Celler Brugarol: A Unique Underground Space in the Empordà
Celler Brugarol, designed by the renowned architects RCR, is a unique underground space that combines innovative architecture with artisanal winemaking based on minimal intervention. Under the direction of oenologist Marta Arenas, Brugarol wines stand out for their quality, authenticity, and respect for the distinctive characteristics of each grape variety.
Beyond its wines, Brugarol applies a philosophy of environmental responsibility across all its production: sustainable management of vineyards, orchards, and olive groves; care of a flock of sheep to produce artisanal dairy products; and the production of olive oil and other goods from its own agricultural activities.
