Astronomy night, between summer and winter
Before starting the itinerary, a brief presentation of the Natural Park and the most unique and special conservation elements will be made, and the problems associated with light pollution will be introduced.
The astronomy activity, which will be located in the vicinity of Port de la Selva, aims to give participants a basic understanding of the night sky, its complexity, how it is organized and how it can be observed, while inviting a deeper reflection of the Universe. The aim is to offer an experiential experience in which participants connect with traditions and knowledge that have accompanied humanity for centuries.
Finally, some mythological stories are told in which the protagonists are the constellations that will have been observed during the activity and that help to locate them in the firmament and identify them more easily.
