CULTURAL WELLNESS: EMPURIES MORNING MOVE WITH CLARAB DANCE & BARRE

The day will begin by awakening the body through a session that includes exercises from the barre method aimed at connecting body and mind through the rhythm of music and toning. Gradually, you will feel how your posture changes, strength and toning awaken, and the mind connects with the body in an idyllic setting.

The activity will end with a small healthy snack in the gardens of the site, followed by a self-guided visit to the Empúries archaeological complex with an audio guide.

Schedule: 10:00 am to 11:00 am barre session / 11:00 am to 11:30 am snack-breakfast / 11:30 am self-guided visit to the site
Meeting Point: From 9:30 am in front of the visitor center of MAC-Empúries
You must leave your car in the MAC-Empúries parking lot, behind Hostal Empúries, and walk to the entrance of the visitor center. During the month of May, this parking lot is free.
