Admission to this unique exhibition is free. Francesc Abad, born in Terrassa in 1944, the son of Republicans persecuted by Francoism, provides a unique perspective through his artwork. Raised in a textile city, his experiences are skillfully portrayed through art. From his initial painting influenced by Barnett Newman to his evolution towards conceptual art, his artistic journey is fascinating.
This activity is part of the cultural and commemorative program of the “Paths of the Retreat 2024”, organized by the City Council of Argelers, the FFREEE Association, and the Antonio Machado Foundation of Cotlliure.
