Explore the Beauty of the Night Sky in the Cap de Creus Natural Park

Before embarking on your exciting itinerary, we will provide you with a brief introduction to the Natural Park and its most unique and precious elements. We will also introduce the fascinating issue of light pollution and how we can contribute to protecting our night skies.

The astronomy activity will take place in the vicinity of Port de la Selva and is designed to give you a basic understanding of the night sky: its complexity, organization, and how you can enjoy stargazing. Additionally, we will encourage you to deeply reflect on the Universe, inviting you to connect with traditions and knowledge that have accompanied humanity for centuries.

To conclude a magical night, we will narrate some mythological stories in which the protagonists are the constellations you will have observed during the activity. This will help you locate them in the night sky and identify them more easily.
