Casa Rozés

Detached single-family building with only one ground floor, built on a fairly steep rocky terrain. The construction takes advantage of this irregularity of the ground to be organized into small bodies in the shape of a cube staggered and attached to each other, which give it a more or less rectangular floor plan with flat roofs — some are roofed. Externally, the openings are both square and rectangular, some closed with booklet shutters and others protected by a prominent cantilever. Inside, the house has two different areas. At the top, the rooms are articulated around a central square courtyard. Highlights include a living room, dining room and kitchen. On the other hand, in the lower part, the spaces are articulated in a corridor located on the north side, which at the same time communicates with the outside. Therefore, the rooms in this area correspond to the bedrooms. It is a rationalist work by José Antonio Coderch, built between 1961 and 1962 and declared a BCIN.
