The church of Santa Maria de Colera has a single nave with a semicircular apse, facing east. The building is lit with five double-slit windows and semicircular arches; three located in the south wall, one in the frontispiece and the other at the bottom of the apse. The access door, located on the south wall, is formed by two semicircular arches in gradation, with a large lintel and a semicircular tympanum. It was consecrated in October 1123.
