Rural Tourism Can Gat Vell Empordà

Can Gat Vell is made up of two 18th century manor houses, restored in six rural accommodations with history and lots of charm, with capacity from 2 to 9 people. They are located in the beautiful village of Llampaies, in Empordà.

The rural houses are very well connected, they are 3 km from the exit of the AP‐7 motorway, 17 km from the beaches of the Costa Brava such as L’Escala, Sant Martí d’Empúries, between Girona (23 km) and Figueres (21km) and Banyoles (26km). The Garrotxa volcanic area is 47 km away. Border with France at 35 minutes. Cadaqués, Port Lligat, the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, Cap de Creus 56 km.

Can Gat Vell has magnificent facilities: sheltered swimming pools, gardens, barbecue, porch, reading room, ping pong table, children’s playroom, table football, soccer goal and basketball hoop. We also offer Wi‐Fi and parking, as well as a small farm with chickens and rabbits.

It is an ideal environment for small company meetings or celebrations, Mindfulness retreat, meditation, yoga etc. We also organize activities and meals.

– La Masia Gran: Apartment Cal Secretari 5 people, Apartment El Mirador 5 people, Apartment El Resbost 5 people, Room El Porticó 2 people, Room La Finestreta 3 people (the latter two to expand the capacity of the apartments).

– La Masia Petita: Casa El Graner 4 people, Casa La Pallissa 9 people, Casa La Solana 2 people

Possibility to rent the Masia Gran for 20 people, or the Masia Petita for 15 people or the whole farm, up to 35 people, or all the accommodations separately: 2, 4, 5 and 9 people.
