Figueres-Roses cycle tourism hub

This suggestion offers the possibility of doing the route between Figueres and Roses. Passing through small towns and municipalities through which the Manol river runs until you reach where it empties into the Muga river, crossing the part of the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park made up of the Vilaüt ponds until you reach the Citadel of Roses.

The stretch between Figueres and Vilanova de la Muga has two branches through Vilatenim or through Palol.
