The Pau Jazz Club and the Civic Center of Pau have organized, for this coming Sunday, June 4, an evening of jazz and barbecue. The concert will be performed by the HertfordShire Big Band, an amateur formation that plays a varied repertoire of contemporary jazz.
The Hertfordshire Big Band, based in Welwyn Garden City, formed in 2003 by musicians from all over the English county of Hertfordshire, from all walks of life and professions. Started from the Hertfordshire Concert Band, the band is recognized as a successful band and its main aims are to have fun, challenge and improve. Along these lines, they have been awarded Platinum and Gold at the National Concert Band Festival.
The group regularly tours Catalonia, with performances in Barcelona, Girona and Figueres. This year, we have the honor of welcoming you to Pau thanks to the Pau Jazz Club.
