This is an itinerary of medium difficulty due to the length of its route.
We can do it without haste in about three hours.
The route we propose to you has a special historical interest. We will leave the vehicle in Plaça de Pau and take Carrer Puig Castellar, which allows us to climb one of the most important races in the Natural Park; the path of Sant Pere de Rodes or the Creu Blanca.
We will go through the rest area. From here we will continue towards the Creu Blanca. We can also visit different dolmens.
Once we reach the road that connects Vilajuïga with Sant Pere de Rodes, we will take it towards Vilajuïga and, after about 300 meters, on the left, we will take the path from Mas Margall to Pau. This one is smooth and presents no difficulty. We will follow it until we find the rest area.
The last stretch to Pau will be the same way up. This itinerary allows us to visit the dolmens of Puig Margall.
