The strategic enclave between sea and mountains and the proximity of the gastronomic revolution of the nouvelle cuisine française, led to the birth of the Catalan gastronomic avant-garde in Empordà lands.

One of the local star products of the territory are undoubtedly the wines of the DO Empordà, the Regulatory Council of which is based in Figueres, the capital of Empordà.

We discover and taste this gastronomic legacy of Figueres and Empordà paired with the wines of our land by the hand of sommelier Laura Masramon.
